Let me first begin by sharing a little about our company and the position we currently have available.

My name is Bill Soady and I am the joint owner of Learning Gate English School, in Mafra. Mafra is a beautiful town about 40 minutes from Lisbon and about 20 minutes from Lisbon airport.

This post is for 8 months as a full time admin/receptionist at our school located at Rua Maria Augusta Botelho, Loja 4b, 2640-534 Mafra. It is to cover our existing admin while she is away on maternity leave. There is the possibility of a full time job at the end of the contract depending on the performace of the company.

We are looking for the best candidate and want to make sure you are the most suitable person to join our team and be the face of our team in a beautiful part of Portugal with excellent clients and motivated students.

Executa funções nas áreas da atividade de receção/administrativa, nomeadamente, organização de documentação, gestão das tarefas administrativas e comerciais de atendimento ao público e telefónico sempre que necessário.

Realiza os contactos necessários com clientes e prospects para o desenvolvimento da organização, elabora propostas de serviços de acordo com as orientações da empresa.

Processa as facturas e prepara os documentos a enviar para a contabilidade e trata do processo de cobrança a clientes.

Perfil:

  • Boa apresentação
  • ​Excelente relação interpessoal
  • ​12º ano de escolaridade ou curso superior
  • ​Experiência profissional na área administrativa (preferencial)
  • ​Experiência comercial  
  • ​Bons conhecimentos de Inglês de nível B1+ (fator eliminatório)
  • ​Conhecimentos de informática na óptica do utilizador (word/excel)
  • ​Conhecimento do sistema de faturação - Software Primavera Jasmin (preferencial)
  • ​Conhecimento do sistema operativo Macintosh 
  • ​Capacidade de planeamento e excelente organização
  • ​Boa capacidade de escrita em Portuguêse

Funções:

  • Atendimento telefónico e ao público (receção)
  • ​Angariação de novos clientes
  • ​Gestão de documentação e faturação
  • ​Gestão de salas e marcação de aulas
  • ​Gestão de correspondência eletrónica

Horário de trabalho

  • Das 10:00 às 20:00
  • Hora de almoço das 13:00 às 15:00
